- Citric Acid. Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2017/2300 of 12 December 2017 initiating an investigation concerning the possible circumvention of anti-dumping measures imposed by Implementing Regulation (EU) 2015/82 on imports of citric acid originating in the People's Republic of China by imports of citric acid consigned from Cambodia, whether declared as originating in Cambodia or not, and making such imports subject to registration (here).
- Feed. Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2017/2298 of 12 December 2017 amending Regulation (EC) No 669/2009 implementing Regulation (EC) No 882/2004 of the European Parliament and of the Council as regards the increased level of official controls on imports of certain feed and food of non-animal origin (Text with EEA relevance.) - Mercury. - Bananas. Commission Implementing Decision (EU) 2017/2277 of 8 December 2017 determining that a temporary suspension of the preferential customs duty pursuant to Article 15 of Regulation (EU) No 19/2013 of the European Parliament and of the Council is not appropriate for imports of bananas originating in Peru (here).
