FDA Allows Use of Formic Acid in Poultry Feeds
The Food and Drug Administration is amending its regulations on food additives permitted in feed and drinking water of animals to allow the use of formic acid as an acidifying agent in complete poultry feeds, FDA said. The final rule takes effect Jan. 2, 2018.
