- Dry wheat pasta from Turkey. The Canada Border Services Agency released a statement of reasons concerning the initiation of investigations on Dec. 28, 2017, with respect to the alleged injurious dumping and subsidizing of certain dry wheat pasta originating in or exported from the Republic of Turkey.
