recent and ongoing administrative reviews, including by requiring Vietnamese exporters to demonstrate their eligibility for separate rates or else assigning them to the Vietnam-wide entity. The request for consultations begins a 60-day period of discussions between the U.S. and Vietnam. If that period passes without agreement, Vietnam may request a dispute settlement panel to decide the case.
