CBP Issues Harmonized System Update With 164 ABI Records, 38 Harmonized Tariff Records
CBP created Harmonized System Update (HSU) 1801 on Feb. 26, containing 164 Automated Broker Interface records and 38 harmonized tariff records, it said in a CSMS message. Modifications include changes required under presidential proclamations instituting safeguard tariffs on solar cells (see 1801230052), CBP said. The modifications will take effect on March 1, CBP said.
