  • Canadian government leads trade mission to Paris. Minister of International Trade François-Philippe Champagne is leading a business delegation to Paris, April 15-18, with a focus on promoting Canada’s strengths and capabilities in artificial intelligence (AI) and clean technologies, as well as its progressive trade agenda.
  • Canada invests in infrastructure at Port of Montreal. The Canadian government announced it is investing $18.4 million in the Port of Montreal, to be used largely on rail traffic, to eliminate bottlenecks, with the goal of more efficiently moving products across supply chains in support of areas that contribute most to Canada’s continued success in international trade.
