  • NAFTA textile/apparel TPL utilization. The Department of Foreign Affairs and International Trade updated the 2018 NAFTA textile and apparel tariff preference level utilization rate for imports and exports.
  • Product Recalls: Tresart Cache recalls children’s upper outerwear with drawstring in the hood manufactured in Ecuador, for strangulation hazard; Premier Kitchen Products recalls The Sharper Image Mandoline Slicer, julienne blade attachment, manufactured in China, for laceration hazard.
