The amended complaint urges the court to affirm the vote to dilute NAI’s shares and declare as invalid NAI’s amendments to bylaws to stop that dilution. CBS is also seeking an injunction preventing NAI, Redstone and affiliated parties from trying to interfere with the composition of the CBS board.
