Motech Industries, Inc., challenging Commerce’s final results of the second antidumping duty administrative review in certain crystalline silicon photovoltaic products from Taiwan, which covered entries during the
period Feb. 1, 2016, through Jan. 31, 2017. #18-00167. Filed July 30.

Sunpreme Inc., challenging Commerce's final scope determination that the solar modules containing bifacial thin film cells imported by Sunpreme are within the scope of the antidumping and countervailing duty orders on crystalline silicon photovoltaic cells, whether or not assembled into modules, from the People’s Republic of China (A-570-979/C-570-980). #18-00168. Filed July 31.

Husteel Co., Ltd., challenging Commerce's final results of the administrative review of the antidumping duty order on welded line pipe from the Republic of Korea (A-580-876). #18-00169. Filed Aug. 2.
