The following appeals of Court of International Trade decisions were filed at the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit during the week of Sept. 3-9:
U.S. government, appealing a July 11 CIT decision sustaining lower countervailing duty rates on off-the-road tires from Sri Lanka. #18-2327. Opened Sept. 4.
