Mazzetta Company, challenging the Commerce Department's final results of the antidumping duty administrative review on frozen warmwater shrimp from Vietnam covering entries in 2016-17. #18-00207. Filed Oct. 9.

Fabuwood Cabinetry Corp., challenging a Commerce scope ruling that found an exemption for ready-to-assemble (RTA) cabinets from hardwood plywood products from China only applies to cabinets in retail packaging for sale to consumers, and not to cabinet kits for assembly by distributors, retailers or contractors (see 1809270054). #18-00208. Filed Oct. 10.

CNC Associates N.Y., Inc., challenging Commerce's scope ruling on the exemption for ready-to-assemble (RTA) cabinets only applying to cabinets in retail packaging for sale to consumers. #18-00209. Filed Oct. 10.

IKEA Supply AG, challenging Commerce's scope ruling on the exemption for ready-to-assemble (RTA) cabinets only applying to cabinets in retail packaging for sale to consumers. #18-00210. Filed Oct. 10.

Cubitac Cabinetry Corp., challenging Commerce's scope ruling on the exemption for ready-to-assemble (RTA) cabinets only applying to cabinets in retail packaging for sale to consumers. #18-00211. Filed Oct. 10.

Kehoe Component Sales, Inc., on the classification of heat blanket controllers. CBP classified the merchandise under Harmonized Tariff Schedule subheading 8537.10.9070 (2.7%). Permeco says it should instead have been classified under subheading 9032.89.6085 (1.7%). #18-00212. Filed Oct. 10.
