  • Ministerial meeting on WTO reform. Minister of International Trade Jim Carr is hosting ministers from 12 member economies of the World Trade Organization at the Ottawa Ministerial on WTO Reform Oct. 24-25 The meeting is intended to provide a setting for ministers to work on identifying concrete actions that would enhance and improve the WTO over the short, medium and long terms.
  • Product Recalls: Shimano North America recalls Lazer bicycle helmets manufactured in China, for head injury hazard; Zeagle recalls Sport Buoyancy Control Device inflators manufactured in Vietnam, for drowning hazard.
