  • International merchandise trade for September 2018. Statistics Canada reports that Canada's merchandise trade deficit with the world narrowed to $416 million in September, from $551 million in August. Imports fell 0.4%; exports were down 0.2%.
  • Product Recalls: Brin de Folie recalls wind-up toy raccoons with plastic wheels manufactured in China, for choking hazard.
