United States, seeking recovery of $1,123,178.69 in unpaid antidumping duties from E.G. Plastics on its imports of polyethylene retail carrier bags from Thailand (see 1811130010). #18-00226. Complaint filed Nov. 13.

Pacific Pipe Public Company Limited, challenging the Commerce Department's final results of the antidumping duty administrative review on circular welded carbon steel pipes and tubes from Thailand. #18-00231. Filed Nov. 14.

The following appeals of Court of International Trade decisions were filed at the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit during the week of Nov. 12-18:

CP Kelco US, Inc., appealing a Sept. 27 CIT decision that sustained a redetermination of the antidumping duty investigation on xanthan gum from China. #19-1207. Opened Nov. 15.
