  • Canada-Mexico-United States Financial Regulatory Forum established. The Department of Finance Canada announced Nov. 30 establishment of the Canada-Mexico-United States Financial Regulatory Forum, which will provide a venue to share information and exchange views on cross-border issues, emerging financial sector developments, financial stability risks, and regulatory practices with the ultimate goal of advancing regulatory cooperation. "The financial sectors of Canada, Mexico, and the United States are highly integrated, and investment in these sectors accounts for a significant and growing portion of cross-border trade and investment across North America," the announcement said.
  • NAFTA textile/apparel TPL utilization. The Department of Foreign Affairs and International Trade updated the 2018 NAFTA textile and apparel tariff preference level utilization rate for imports and exports.
  • Product Recalls: RedeCan recalls one lot of B.E.C. dried cannabis retailing in Canada, for mold contamination hazard.
