United States, seeking a $540,744 penalty from Nabors Completion & Production Services Co. for the importer's allegedly negligent misclassification of its entries of truck-mounted cranes. #18-00233. Filed Nov. 27.

Pall Life Sciences Puerto Rico LLC, on the valuation of its entries of tubing clamps. CBP valued the merchandise at a unit price of $575,460. Pall Life Sciences says it should have been valued at a unit price of $580. #18-00234. Filed Nov. 27.

Mid Continent Steel & Wire, Inc., challenging the Commerce Department's final results of the antidumping duty administrative review on steel nails from Oman covering entries in 2016-17. #18-00235. Filed Nov. 28.

Castleton Commodities Merchant Trading L.P., challenging CBP's denial of NAFTA eligibility and assessment of merchandise processing fees on its monthly pipeline entries of natural gas. #18-00236. Filed Nov. 28.

Continental Automotive Systems, on the classification of nitrous oxide sensors or exhaust sensors. CBP classified the merchandise under subheading 9027.10.20 (0.8%). Continental says it instead should have been classified under subheading 9026.80.20 (free). #18-00237. Filed Nov. 29.

DAK Americas LLC, Indorama Ventures USA, Inc., and Nan Ya Plastics Corporation, America, challenging the International Trade Commission's final negative injury determination in the antidumping duty investigations on polyethylene terephthalate resin from Brazil, Indonesia, Korea, Pakistan and Taiwan. #18-00238. Filed Nov. 30.
