  • NAFTA textile/apparel TPL utilization. The Department of Foreign Affairs and International Trade updated the 2018 NAFTA textile and apparel tariff preference level utilization rate for imports and exports, through the end of the calendar year.
  • Product Recalls: Norwex Canada recalls Norwex Bathroom Cleaner manufactured in the United States, for chemical hazard labeling and child-resistant packaging not in compliance; Dollarama recalls MONTOY Little Princess Dolls manufactured in China, for chemical hazard related to levels of phthalates; Loblaw Companies Limited recalls Life at Home brand 50-count indoor LED microdot icicle lights manufactured in China, for fire and burn hazards.
