  • CBSA Statement of Reasons in dumping of unitized wall modules from China. The Canada Border Services Agency issued on Feb. 8 its Statement of Reasons regarding its Jan. 24 determination (see 1901280002) that the expiration of the Canadian International Trade Tribunal’s finding made on Nov. 12, 2013, in Inquiry No. NQ-2013-002, will likely result in the continuation of subsidizing and dumping of certain unitized wall modules originating in or exported from China.
  • Product Recalls: Kyte Baby LLC recalls Kyte Baby sleep bag walkers with ankle cuffs manufactured in China, for burn hazard due to not meeting flammability requirements.
