IMSS, LLC, on the reliquidation and assessment of antidumping duties at 216.01% on its wooden bedroom furniture. IMSS says the entry should have liquidated at an 6.68% rate. #19-00029. Filed March 11.

Intech Sourcing, on the assessment of antidumping duties at 31.14% on its multilayered wood flooring from China. Intech says the entry should have liquidated at the zero rate applicable to its supplier Senmao, without any assessment of AD duties. #19-00030. Filed March 13.
