- Product Recalls: Fisher-Price Rock 'n’ Play Sleepers (sold on Amazon.ca) manufactured in China recalled, for not meeting requirements under the Cribs, Cradles and Bassinets Regulations in Canada (no deaths reported in Canada, but there have been reports of infant deaths in the U.S. related to use of product); Arm’s Reach Cribs and Bassinets manufactured in China recalled, for not meeting requirements under the Cribs, Cradles and Bassinets Regulations in Canada; Beaba Babycook NEO baby food making machines manufactured in France recalled, for laceration hazard due to glass bowl breakage potential.
