M S International, Inc., challenging the Commerce Department's decision to initiate antidumping and countervailing duty investigations on quartz surface products from Turkey. MSI says the company that requested the investigations did not have the legally required domestic industry support for launching the proceedings. #19-00132. Filed July 30.
JSW Steel (USA) Inc., challenging Commerce's denial of its requests for exclusions from Section 232 tariffs on steel products. JSW says Commerce denied the requests based on objections from domestic steel manufacturers that did not present any evidence and were not verified by the agency. #19-00133. Filed July 30.
