One day later, FDA added El Molino Bakery Supplies, also after a December warning letter that said it hadn’t set up FSVPs. Both warning letters had been released by FDA in January (see 2001240037). Dinamix and El Molino are the second and third importers added to Import Alert 99-41, respectively. Brodt Zenatti remains on import alert, after having been added in October (see 1910210063).
