  • Canadian International Trade Tribunal (CITT) initiates inquiry for the alleged dumping of certain heavy plate. The CITT has initiated preliminary injury inquiry regarding the dumping of certain heavy plate originating in or exported from Taiwan, Germany, South Korea, Malaysia and Turkey. The Tribunal will make a determination on July 27, 2020 on whether there is a indication that the alleged dumping has caused injury or retardation, or is threatening to cause injury. (here)
