The government of Argentina, challenging the final results of the Commerce Department’s changed circumstances review of the countervailing duties on biodiesel from Argentina (C-357-821). Commerce found changes to Argentina’s export tax regime did not warrant a reconsideration of rates set in the AD/CV duty investigations (see 2005110016). #20-00119. Filed June 11.

China Custom Manufacturing Inc. and Greentech Engineering, LLC, challenging a Commerce scope ruling that found its solar mounts do not qualify as “finished merchandise” and are subject to AD/CV duties on aluminum extrusions from China (A-570-967/C-570-968) (see 2006080044). #20-00121. Filed June 11.
