Stanley Fastening Systems, L.P. and Stanley Black & Decker, Inc., challenging CBP's assessment of antidumping duties on its entries of steel nails from China at rates higher than ordered by a prior CIT decision. #20-03821. Filed Nov. 2.
Plasticolor Molded Products Inc., on the classification of automobile seat covers. CBP classified the merchandise under subheading 8708.99.8180 (2.5%), with Section 301 tariffs assessed under subheading 9903.88.03 (10%). Plasticolor agrees the merchandise is classifiable under subheading 8708.99.8180 (2.5%) but says it is excluded from Section 301 tariffs under subheading 9903.88.43 (free). #20-03822. Filed Nov. 2.
Aspects Furniture International, Inc., challenging CBP's final determination in an Enforce and Protect Act investigation that it evaded AD duties on wooden bedroom furniture from China (see 2005220029). #20-03824. Filed Nov. 4.
North American Interpipe, Inc., challenging the Commerce Department's denial of its requests for exclusions from Section 232 tariffs on its imported steel products. #20-03825. Filed Nov. 5.
Grobest Global Service Inc., on the classification of frozen tilapia fillets. CBP classified the merchandise under subheading 0304.61.0000 (free), with Section 301 tariffs assessed under subheading 9903.88.03 (10%). Grobest agrees the merchandise is classifiable under subheading 0304.61.0000 (free) but says it is excluded from Section 301 tariffs under subheading 9903.88.43 (free). #20-03827. Filed Nov. 7.
