Specifically, Lamborghini’s Urus; Porsche’s Cayenne; Audi’s Q8, Q7, Q5, A6 Allroad and e-tron; and Volkswagen’s Tiguan vehicles use the infringing technology. Jaguar is requesting a limited exclusion order and cease and desist orders against Lamborghini, Audi, Porsche and Volkswagen. Comments are due to the ITC by Dec. 3.
