International Consortium, Inc., on the classification of lawn mower parts. CBP classified the merchandise under subheading 8433.90.1090 (free). International Consortium says the merchandise is classifiable as parts of agricultural equipment under subheading 9817.00.60 (free). #20-03873. Filed Nov. 24.

Jem D International (Michigan), appealing a Sept. 11 CIT decision dismissing its challenge to the withdrawal of the 2013 suspension agreement on antidumping duties on fresh tomatoes from Mexico. #21-1292. Opened Nov. 24.
United States Steel Corporation, appealing an Oct. 16 CIT decision sustaining a redetermination of the 2015-16 antidumping duty administrative review on oil country tubular goods from South Korea. #21-1334. Opened Nov. 25.
