Fujifilm Manufacturing USA, Inc., challenging CBP's denial of its protest claiming that its lift chair components should be classified under Harmonized Tariff Schedule subheading 3701.30.00 or qualify for Section 232 exclusions granted to Fujifilm under subheadings 7606.91.30 or 7607.11.60. #21-00121.
