Viecura Inc., challenging CBP's denial of its protest claiming that its incontinence fixation pants of subheading 6108.22.9020 qualify for duty-free treatment as articles specially designed or adapted for the use or benefit of the blind or other physically or mentally handicapped persons under secondary subheading 9817.00.96. #21-00154. Filed April 5.

CITIC Dicastal Wheel Manufacturing Co. Ltd., challenging CBP's denial of its protest claiming that its various carts of subheading 8708.70.4545 qualify for Section 301 exclusions under secondary subheading 9903.88.33. #21-00159. Filed April 9.

Appeals of CIT Decisions

The following appeals of Court of International Trade decisions were filed at the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit during the week of April 5-11:

Venus Wire Industries Pvt. Ltd., Hindustan Inox Ltd., Precision Metals and Sieves Manufacturers (India) Pvt. Ltd., appealing a Jan. 28 CIT decision that sustained the second remand results of the changed circumstances review of the antidumping duty order on stainless steel bar from India. #21-1821. Opened April 5.
