Siemens Gamesa Renewable Energy SA, challenging the Commerce Department's final determination in the investigation that led to antidumping duties on utility-scale wind towers from Spain. #21-00449. Filed Aug. 18.
Keirton USA, Inc., challenging CBP's denial of its protest claiming its agricultural equipment parts were improperly excluded from entry as "drug paraphernalia." #21-00452. Filed Aug. 19.
Neo Chemicals & Oxides, LLC, challenging CBP's denial of its protest claiming its mixed oxide products classifiable under Harmonized Tariff Schedule subheadings 3815 and 2846 qualify for first sale valuation. #21-00453. Filed Aug. 19.
