Cabinetworks Group Middlefield, LLC, challenging CBP's denial of its protest claiming its plywood entries are subject to antidumping case number A-570-051-436. #21-00499. Filed Aug. 30.

Zhejiang Yuhua Timber Co. Ltd., A-Timber Flooring Company Limited and Mullican Flooring Co., challenging the Commerce Department's scope ruling on an antidumping duty order on multilayered wood flooring from China. #21-00502. Filed Aug. 31.

Metal One America, Inc., challenging CBP's denial of its protest claiming its hot-rolled high carbon wire rod tire cord made of steel of Harmonized Tariff Schedule subheading 7213.91.3011 qualifies for Section 232 tariff exclusions. #21-00503. Filed Sept. 1.
