about 18,000 e-Manifest filings out of a total of 6 million manifests, representing “less than a half of a percent of manifests received by EPA,” the agency said. EPA originally hoped the system could save states and industry “more than $50 million annually, once electronic manifests are widely adopted.” Registration is available on EPA’s e-Manifest web page.
