Nucor Tubular Products Inc., challenging Commerce's final results of the administrative review of the antidumping duty order on heavy-walled rectangular welded carbon steel pipes and tubes from Mexico covering entries in 2018-19. #21-00543. Filed Sept. 27.

Viecura Inc., challenging CBP's denial of its protest claiming its incontinence fixation pads of Harmonized Tariff Schedule subheading 6108.22.9020 should be properly classified under HTS subheading 9817.00.9600. #21-00546. Filed Sept. 28.

Shanghai Ja Solar Technology Co., Ltd.; Ja Solar Technology Yangzhou Co., Ltd.; and Jingao Solar Co., Ltd., challenging the Commerce Department's final results of the administrative review of the countervailing duty order on crystalline silicon photovoltaic cells, whether or not assembled into modules, from China covering entries in 2018. #21-00548. Filed Sept. 29.
