REC Americas LLC, challenging President Donald Trump's proclamation revoking a Section 201 tariff exclusion on bifacial solar panels. #22-00314. Filed Oct. 25.

Strato, Inc., challenging CBP's denial of its protest over its imports of couplings, buffers and parts thereof from Mexico. #22-00315. Filed Oct. 27.

Ascension Chemicals LLC, UMD Solutions LLC and Crude Chem Technology LLC, challenging CIT's Aug. 18 ruling dismissing Dr. Bronner's complaint for lack of subject-matter jurisdiction over xanthan gum imports, dismissing GLoB Energy Corp.'s complaint for lack of subject-matter jurisdiction and denying the remaining motions for judgment on the agency record. #23-1078.
