The notice follows a Nov. 4 complaint submitted by Dometic Corporation and Dometic Sweden AB, which alleged that Shanghai Hopewell Industrial and Shanghai Hehe Industrial produce adjustable vessel air conditioning units designed for marine use in nautical vehicles, which are then imported by CitiMarine and Mabru Power Systems. These A/C units allegedly infringe on one of Dometic's patents. Dometic has asked the ITC for a limited exclusion order and cease and desist orders.
