Tenaris Bay City, Inc.; Maverick Tube Corp.; IPSCO Tubulars Inc.; Tubos de Acero de Mexico, S.A.; and Tenaris Global Services (U.S.A.) Corp., challenging the International Trade Commission's final determination in the investigation on oil country tubular goods from Mexico that led to the antidumping duty order. #23-00002. Filed Jan. 4.

Nucor Corp., challenging the Commerce Department's final results in the administrative review of the countervailing duty order on carbon and alloy steel cut-to-length plate from South Korea, covering entries in 2020. #23-00003. Filed Jan. 5.

Marubeni-Itochu Steel America, challenging CBP's failure to refund excess antidumping duty cash deposits. #23-00004. Filed Jan. 5.

Borusan Mannesmann Boru Sanayi ve Ticaret and Borusan Mannesmann Pipe U.S., challenging the Commerce Department's final results of the administrative review of the antidumping duty order on welded carbon steel standard pipe and tube products from Turkey, covering entries in 2020-2021. #23-00005. Filed Jan. 6.
