Ventura Coastal, LLC, challenging the Commerce Department's exclusion of Louis Dreyfus Co. Sucos S.A. from its final determination in the antidumping duty investigation on lemon juice from Brazil on the basis that the exclusion was not backed by substantial evidence. #23-00009. Filed Jan. 18.

The Ad Hoc Coalition of American SAP Producers, challenging the Commerce Department's final determination in the antidumping duty investigation on superabsorbent polymers from South Korea. #23-00010. Filed Jan. 19.
