(see 2211230065).That came after Dahua Technology USA asked the 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals to vacate the order. Hikvision appealed the order in the D.C. Circuit (see 2302170057). The order is “arbitrary, capricious, an abuse of discretion, or otherwise not in accordance with law; contrary to constitutional right, power, privilege, or immunity; in excess of statutory jurisdiction, authority, or limitations, or short of statutory right; and without observance of procedure required by law,” Dahua told the court last month (case 23-206).
