FDJ French Dressing Jeans Inc., challenging lists 3 and 4A Section 301 tariffs on products from China. #23-00049. Filed March 2.
Cleveland-Cliffs Inc., challenging the International Trade Commission's negative determination in the five-year review of the antidumping duty order on carbon and alloy steel cut-to-length plate from Brazil, which led to the revocation of the order on imports of these goods from Brazil. #23-00050.
