Migliano’s putative class members are dismissed without prejudice, said the notice. Migliano and Parler jointly asked for a 45-day discovery stay in early February to enable settlement talks to proceed (see 2302060010). Migliano’s class action alleged Parler inundated her with telemarketing text messages promoting the sale of Donald Trump non-fungible tokens in violation of the TCPA (see 2210280002).
