Suprajit Controls, Div. of Suprajit USA Inc. and successor-in-interest to Kongsberg Automotive Inc., challenging CBP's denial of its protest claiming its actuator assemblies of Harmonized Tariff Schedule subheading 8501.10.60, dutiable at 2.8%, and secondary subheading 9903.88.02, should be classified under subheading 8501.10.60, dutiable at 2.8% but free of the Section 301 duties. #23-00181. The following appeals of Court of International Trade decisions were filed at the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit during the week of Aug. 21-27:

American Pacific Plywood, Inc., U.S. Global Forest, Inc., LB Wood Cambodia Co., Ltd., Cambodian Happy Home Wood Products Co. Ltd., and InterGlobal Forest LLC, challenging a June CIT decision finding CBP did not misapply the substantial evidence standard when it found that American Pacific, U.S. Global Forest and InterGlobal evaded the AD/CVD orders on hardwood plywood from China. #23-2321, -2322.
