CBP Updated ACE Tips for Filing EPA HFCs
CBP released an updated version of the "ACE Tips for Filing EPA Hydrofluorocarbons (HFCs)" guide, it announced in a CSMS message Nov. 14. The document provides an "overview of the program and tips for filing that can help clarify what is filed when and avoid potential filing errors," the message said.

The HFC filing requirements are expected to be available in early January 2024. A future CSMS message will be sent to confirm the date, CBP said. Any questions on the filing tips update can be sent to hfcallocation@epa.gov.
