SharkNinja and Omachron said in their April 23 complaint that Dyson’s stick and hand vacuums copy SharkNinja's and Omachron’s patents related to a straight-line configuration, dust emptying system and separate dirt collection and cyclone chambers. The companies seek a limited exclusion order and cease and desist orders against Dyson and its affiliates Dyson Technology Limited and Dyson Canada Limited.
