Wednesday (docket 24-34). The stay will remain until the D.C. Circuit resolves the TikTok/ByteDance petition challenging the constitutionality of the federal TikTok law, “or until further order of this court,” said the order. The parties must notify the court by filing a status report and joint motion for further relief within 30 days of a D.C. Circuit decision, it said.
