DHS Funding Bill Would Ban Import of Aerosol-Dispensing Drones From China
The House Appropriations Committee passed a bill on a party-line vote to fund the DHS for the fiscal year that begins Oct. 1. The bill includes a provision that requires CBP to ban the import of aerosol-dispensing unmanned aircraft produced or manufactured in a foreign adversary country, such as China.

If the bill passes the House, it's likely to undergo changes before becoming law because it includes many Republican priorities on immigration enforcement that wouldn't be acceptable to the Senate, as well as restrictions on detained immigrants' access to abortion and gender transition medical care.
