- Proposed modification of one ruling letter and revocation of treatment relating to the tariff classification of child-sized portable toilet seats from China
- Proposed modification of one ruling letter and revocation of treatment relating to the tariff classification of forged titanium billets.
It includes CBP decisions, on the adjustment of customs user fees in fiscal year 2025 to account for inflation, and on the imposition of import restrictions of archaeological and ethnological material of Tunisia.
Notices include dates and draft agenda of the Seventy-Fourth Session of the Harmonized System Committee of the World Customs Organization; a grant of “Lever-Rule” protection; an air declaration zone test; and two requests for comments on extensions, one for documents required aboard private aircraft and the other for entry of articles for exhibition.
