Supply Source Dismisses 1 of 6 Complaints Against Multiple Carriers
Two Supply Source subsidiaries have agreed to dismiss their complaint with the Federal Maritime Commission against carrier Lihua Logistics, according to a notice released by the FMC Sept. 4.

Impact Products and Safety Zone filed their complaint in February, accusing Lihua of violating the Shipping Act and charging unfair detention and demurrage (see 2402150055). Lihua denied the allegations.
The parties didn't respond to our requests for comment on the dismissal.
Lihua was one of six carriers Supply Source filed complaints against on the same day. Supply Source is a shipper focused on cleaning and safety products.
