- Proposed modification of one ruling letter and proposed revocation of treatment relating to the tariff classification of steel assembly hardware sets from Vietnam
- Proposed revocation of three ruling letters and proposed revocation of treatment relating to the tariff classification of training pants
- Proposed revocation of two ruling letters, modification of three ruling letters and proposed revocation of treatment relating to the tariff classification of sauces
- Proposed modification of one ruling letter and proposed revocation of treatment relating to the country of origin of certain laminated fabrics

The bulletin also includes a notice from the Commercial Customs Operations Advisory Committee about an upcoming quarterly meeting on Sept. 18 and one on the collection of new information on Russian diamonds and seafood.
