The administrative review covers only Al Jazeera Steel Products Co. SAOG. Commerce also said there are no changes to the preliminary results, so that the dumping margin for Al Jazeera in these final results remains 0.61%. Commerce will assign Al Jazeera an AD cash deposit rate of 0.61%, and importers of subject merchandise exported by Al Jazeera during the period Dec. 1, 2021, through Nov. 30, 2022, will be assessed AD at importer-specific rates, based on the dumping margin calculated for the company.

Cash deposit rates for all other exporters of subject merchandise will not change as a result of this review. If the exporter has never been assigned its own AD rate but the manufacturer has, the rate assigned to the manufacturer applies. For merchandise manufactured and exported by companies that have never been assigned a cash deposit rate by Commerce, the all-others rate of 7.36% applies.

The rates are effective Sept. 24.
