Commerce has ordered liquidation “as entered“ at the cash deposit rate in effect at the time of entry for subject merchandise from exporters for which a review was not requested (i.e., all except the 12 companies listed below) (see ADCVDWeb Message # 3354404).
Cash Deposit Requirements
Once Commerce issues its final results, new AD cash deposit requirements may take effect for the two companies remaining under review, beginning on the date of publication of the final results in the Federal Register. Commerce preliminarily calculated the following AD cash deposit rates:
Exporter | AD Rate (Prelim) |
---|---|
Maquilacero S.A. de C.V.; Tecnicas de Fluidos S.A. de C.V. | 7.22% |
Productos Laminados de Monterrey S.A. de C.V. (Prolamsa) | 8.13% |
Assessment Rates
As part of this administrative review, Commerce will also calculate the AD it will assess on importers for entries of subject merchandise entered between Sept. 1, 2022, and Aug. 31, 2023. If these preliminary results are unchanged, Commerce will direct CBP to assess AD duties on importers from Maquilacero and Prolamsa, the two companies selected for individual review, at importer-specific rates.
(The period of review is 09/01/22 - 08/31/23. See the notice for additional information, including the scope of the order, potential cash deposit and assessment instructions, etc.)
